For an international company located in Maarssen we are looking for a IT coördinator, The European HQ is located in Maarssen.
You are responsible for the IT in the Netherlands and Europa. Around 150 users. You will also work on assigned and self-motivated projects. The Head Office is located in the USA. Frequently you will have contact with the USA IT department. When you start this job, you will follow training for 2 weeks in the USA at the Head Office.

Functie-informatie

• Support/assist the users onsite, troubleshooting
• Creates and maintains user guides and documentation, operating manuals and reference manuals
• Pro-actively address and initiate improvements
• Experience with Windows 2003,2008 server and Exchange 2003
• Work with vendor contracts (software, problem-solving, contracts)
• Train end-users
• Install, configures and maintains ongoing usability
• Travel throughout Europe (around 5-10% of your time)
• 24/7 on call support
• Keep the management informed about trends and significant problems
